all items which are shipped from our uk warehouse are sent either by 1st or 2nd class royal mail services please check the item descriptions for more info.

all digital scanned goods i.e xbox live subscriptions will be sent via recorded first class royal mail to your confirmed billing address  and will be dispatched next working day and you should recieve them within 2 days depending on royal mail!.

if you would like your xbox live subscription emailed to you, please provide a uk landline number which we will use to verify your purchase - this helps prevent fraud.

please note digitally delivered items are not refundable due to their nature all digital items are pre checked before sending to make sure they are valid.

refunds on standard items are accepted if faulty and you have notified us with 30 days of purchase, please send the item back recorded delivery to make sure it gets back to us, we cannot be held liable if a product was to go missing.

warranty period on electrical items is usually a standard 1 yr this applies to game's consoles - this warranty is covered by the manufacturer i.e. microsoft, sony etc
