Delivery
We Dispatch all orders recieved before 1pm the same working day, this ensures prompt delivery via royal mail. so you can expect to receive your item within 2 to 5 working days,
if you would like your order sent via a next day delivery service then please email us for a quote as this is dependant on the weight of your order.

International Delivery
if you would like an order dispatched to anywhere outside the uk, please use the contact form to get in touch with us or telephone us on 0871 237 9722, additionally you can use the live chat feature if we are online.
Digital Goods and Digital Delivery
all digital scanned goods i.e xbox live subscriptions will be sent via email as soon as your order is placed and payment is taken or by post if preferred to your confirmed billing address.
if you would like your xbox live subscription emailed to you, please provide a uk landline number or mobile which we will use to verify your purchase - this helps prevent fraud.
please note digitally delivered items are not refundable due to their nature all digital items are pre checked before sending to make sure they are valid.
Refunds and Returns
If you are unhappy with a purchase you have made, you can return the item for a full refund exluding the delivery cost to and from us as long as we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the item.
refunds on physical items are accepted if faulty and you have notified us with 30 days of purchase, we will pay the delivery costs - please send the item back recorded delivery to make sure it gets back to us, we cannot be held liable if a product was to go missing.
Warranty
The warranty period on electrical items is a standard 12 months, this applies to anything electrical i.e. game's consoles - this warranty is covered by the manufacturer i.e. microsoft, sony etc
